基于工况识别的高炉最佳红外图像选取方法

【摘要】 高炉红外图像是反映料面温度场的重要检测信息,考虑红外图像受到炉内粉尘、煤气流运动等因素的影响,本文提出一种基于工况识别的高炉最佳红外图像选取方法。首先,通过高炉机理分析,确定炉喉工况的种类;然后,采用基于专家规则和模糊C-均值聚类融合方法,判断炉喉工况信息;最后,利用灰度统计分析和专家经验,选取最佳红外图像。仿真与实验表明,该方法能够准确地判断炉喉工况,从而获得最佳红外图像,为高炉料面温度场建模奠定良好的基础。
【Abstract】 Infrared images are important detecting information of burden surface temperature field in Blast Furnace(BF).Considering the influence of some factors including dust and gas-flow to the infrared images,a selection method of the best infrared images based on operating mode identification is presented in this paper. First,mechanism analysis is employed to analyze the operating modes in BF throat.Then,the information of operating modes is obtained using expert rules and fuzzy C-means clustering fusion.Finally,gray-scale statistical analysis and expert experience of BF are used to select the best infrared images.Results of the simulation and experiment show that the presented method can judge the operating modes accurately to obtain the best infrared images,and lays a good foundation for modeling of temperature field in BE
