一类时滞不确定非线性系统鲁棒模糊预测控制

【摘要】 针对一类满足扇形界条件的T-S模糊模型描述的离散时滞不确定非线性系统,提出一种鲁棒预测控制方法。该方法将鲁棒预测控制的‘worst-case’目标函数优化问题转化为具有LMI约束的线性目标最小化问题。同时给出了一个新的鲁棒性能指标的上界。在LMI优化问题可行解存在条件下,该方法保证了闭环系统的鲁棒渐近稳定。CSTR过程的仿真结果表明了该方法是有效的、可行的。
【Abstract】 A robust fuzzy predictive control algorithm for discrete time-delay uncertain nonlinear systems with input constraints based on a class of uncertain T-S fuzzy models which satisfy sector bound condition is presented. In this algorithm the minimization problem of the‘worst-case’ objective function is converted into the linear objective minimization problem involving linear matrix inequalities constraints.The state feedback control law is obtained by solving convex optimization of a set of LMIs.Sufficient conditions for stability and a new upper bound on robust performance index are given for this kind of uncertain time-delay fuzzy systems.Simulation results for CSTR process show that the proposed robust predictive control approach is effective and feasible.
