预紧力及轴向作用力对滚珠丝杠副摩擦力矩波动影响的分析及测试
Analysis and Test of Pre-tighten Force and Axial Effort Effects to Ball Screw Friction Torque Fluctuation

【摘要】 基于预紧力及轴向载荷下的滚珠丝杠副丝杆及螺母滚道的变形模型,设计了丝杠摩擦力矩测试实验系统,实验测试结果表明,预紧力对摩擦力矩的波动起主导作用,随着预紧力增大滚珠丝杠副的摩擦阻力矩波动也随着增大;轴向载荷下的丝杠系统以单向预紧力的方式加剧了摩擦力矩的波动量。
【Abstract】 Based on the deformation model of ball screw’s lead screw and nut raceway under the load of pre-tighten force and axial effort,the ball screw friction test system is designed,the results indicates that pre-tighten force is the main factor to influence screw friction’s fluctuation,which increases with the pre-tighten force;and the axial effort also rises friction’s fluctuation with the type of unidirectional pre-tighten force.
