LC4铝合金结构腐蚀损伤剩余强度预测

【摘要】 在不同的腐蚀时间条件下,按ASTM标准对常温下的LC4铝合金进行预腐蚀,产生腐蚀坑,测量预腐蚀坑的深度,统计预腐蚀坑数目,进行数理统计,得到腐蚀坑的平均深度和最大深度,获得了腐蚀损伤的数据。利用INSTRON8801试验机进行静拉伸试验,得到了腐蚀损伤程度越大其剩余强度越小的关系,观察断口损伤情况,研究发现断口腐蚀坑形貌多为半圆和半椭圆形状。本文提出了预测剩余强度公式,并用腐蚀坑平均深度和最大深度两种参数对其进行剩余强度预测,并与实验值对比,从而证明本文的方法在工程上是可靠有效的。
【Abstract】 Under the conditions of several different time of corroding the specimens are exposed in corrosion solutions Corrosion pits are created according to ASTM standard After obtaining the corrosion damage data and collecting the corrosion pit number and the maximal corrosion pit depth the static intensity test is carried out.The relationship of static intensity and the corrosion damage are founded The residual strength has been studied after corrosion damage tests for laboratory specimens of LC4 aluminum alloy The fracture specimens are observed and studied the degree of corrosion damage after the mass corrosion pits are semicircular and half- elliptical This text brings forward an effective predicting residual strength formula The predicting residual strength compared with the true testing static intensity and the engineering approach is an effective An effective engineering technique for predicting residual strength of corroded specimen is established on the base of this studying work.
