基于PCI板卡的DeviceNet主站设计

【摘要】 为了解决国内DeviceNet主站开发的难题,本文在深入分析Rockwell公司DeviceNet网络协议的基础上,提出了一种DeviceNet典型主从网络协议的实现方法,设计了应用于DeviceNet典型主从网络的基于PCI板卡的DeviceNet主站,给出了硬件结构框图,建立了软件状态模型,细化了主站连接状态,并详细描述了软硬件设计中的关键问题的解决方法。最后,使用Rockwell公司的典型从站与本文所开发的主站连接构成DeviceNet典型主从网络环境,实验结果表明:本文所开发的DeviceNet主站运行正常,完全符合Rockwell公司产品一致性要求。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem that the DeviceNet master is hard to be designed in our country,after analyzing the protocol of the DeviceNet,this paper proposes an implement method of the DeviceNet typical master/slave network,this paper also designs a DeviceNet master based on PCI card,which is used in the DeviceNet typical master/slave network,and a hardware frame and a software state model are given.The master connection state is divided into small states.In addition,the solutions of the key problems in designing the hardware and the software are described clearly.At last,the DeviceNet typical master/slave network comprising the Rockwell typical slaves and this master is formed,experiment results show that this system can run swimmingly and satisfy the equipment compliance of Rockwell.
