宝钢ITV图像及过程同步分析监控系统的实现

【摘要】 带钢跑偏是宝钢1800冷轧连退机组主要的故障之一。生产现场对带钢的监控传统上采用肉眼检查方式,这种方式因操作人员肉眼疲劳不能长期监控,且无法将生产中的数据与视频联系起来分析和管理。本文主要介绍了宝钢ITV图像及过程同步分析监控系统的组成和实现方法,采用CANNY边缘提取算法和数据库技术,用Microsoft Visual C++6.0,SQL server2005开发出了本系统。经生产现场实际测试,本系统完成了带钢跑偏在线监控的功能,达到了实际生产的需求。
【Abstract】 Deviation of steel strip is one of the main troubles in Baosteel corp.Before this system is applied,the main monitoring method is to use human eyes checking.But using this method the body will not persist long before becoming tired,and unable for the processing data and video stream to be combined for analysis and management.This paper mainly introduced a method and system composition of baosteel ITV image and process timing analysis video surveillance system.Canny edge detection algorithm and database technology is used in this project by analyzing the requirement of Baosteel 1800.This project is developed by Microsoft Visual C++6.0 and SQL server 2005.After field testing,the system has been proven stable and reliable for operation,meets the design requirements,and has been accepted in March 2009 for usage.
