【摘要】 文中就凸轮轴轴颈多参数检测方法进行了分析,研制了一台可同时检测数十个凸轮轴轴颈几何尺寸参数的综合测量机。以某轴颈为例,给出了其直径尺寸、网度、锥度和跳动的测量方程。大量的测试结果表明:该仪器重复性好,稳定性好,检测精度可以达到1um,可以在生产现场进行高精度的测量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The measurement method of the geometrical parameters of camshaft is discussed,which is applied to design a camshaft gauge that can measure the dozens of geometrical parameters of camshaft at the same time.The measurement equations for the diameter,roundness,taper and round-out are presented.The experiments show that the gauge is very good in repeatability and very high in accuracy of less than lum measurement bias and can be used in the production line as a high accuracy and high efficient measurement tool.更多还原
