基于MEMS器件的随钻测量单元电路设计
Circuit Design to Get The Attitude of Drilling Machine Based on MEMS Sensors

【摘要】 在定向钻进技术中,随钻姿态测量决定了钻头能否按照预定轨迹前进。通过建立参考坐标系和仪器坐标系,利用重力加速度信号和地球磁场信号测得的分量,可以得到钻头的相对姿态。本文使用MEMS重力加速度计MMA7260和磁阻传感器HMC1001实现对重力加速度和地球磁场信号的测量,并通过AD前端的低通滤波降低信号噪声,提高精度,最后利用C8051F021单片机实现信号的采样和处理,解算出姿态信息。通过实验标定出拟合曲线后,其测量精度能达到倾角±0.1°,工具面向角±0.2°,方位角±0.3°,能够满足目前工程实际中的需要。
【Abstract】 In the direction drilling technology it is the attitude measurement that decide whether the drilling machine can go forward in accordance with the predetermined trajectory.First we establish a reference coordinate system and a equipment coordinate system then we can get the attitude of the drilling machine with the acceleration due to gravity signal and the Earth’s magnetic field signal measured A MEMS accelerometer called MMA7260 is used to measure the acceleration of gravity and a magnetoresistive sensor called HMC1001 is used to measure the Earth’s magnetic field Then the signals are sampled and calculated by C8051F021 after being filtered After being tested in the lab the precision of the inclination can achieve±0.1°angle of tool±0.2°and azimuth±0.3°This precision can meet the need of engineering practice.
