嵌入式水声信号发射机的设计与研究

【摘要】 发射机的高效率和小体积是提高水声通信系统性能和舰艇适装性的有效手段。设计并实现了以D类开关功放为核心的嵌入式大功率水声信号发射机,系统地分析了发射机中脉冲调宽、功率驱动、安全保护等功能电路的工作原理和设计依据,给出了电路结构和电路参数。水池实验结果表明,该发射机功率大、体积小、重量轻、低功耗,性能稳定可靠,已达到舰艇适装和实用条件。

【Abstract】 The high efficiency and small cubage of the transmitter can effectively improve the performance of the underwater acoustic communication system and the installation property of the warship.This paper designs and implements an embedded underwater acoustic transmitter based on class D switch power amplifier,analyzes the working principle and the design basis of the function circuits of the transmitter in detail,such as the pulse-width-modulated sampling circuits,the power drive and the safeguard,provides the structures and the parameters of the circuits.The water-tank experimental results show that the proposed transmitter is of high power, small volume,light weight,low power dissipation and high reliability,which can meet the needs of the installation property and practical application for the warship.
