基于中频功率检测的Riometer接收机设计与研制

【摘要】 本文研究讨论了工作于38.2MHz的Riometer接收机的多种设计方案,对其优缺点进行了分析和对比。基于中频功率检测方案研制了Riometer接收机,信号经下变频至中频再通过RSSI器件进行信号功率电平检测,有效降低了数字系统的指标需求。通过低噪声设计和高增益保证了高灵敏度,通过多级低通和带通滤波实现了窄带接收。整体设计及测试指标满足应用需求。该Riometer接收机具有性能稳定、低功耗、低成本易于大量生产等特点。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses riometer receiver design by analysis and comparison different designs.The receivers work on 38.2MHz.A riometer receiver is developed based on IF RSSI.It has a low demand for digital system.It is designed with low noise and high gain to obtain the high sensitivity.To achieve the narrow band receiving,a low-pass filter and two band-pass filters are used.The developed riometer receiver has good and stable performance and it needs low power and low cost.So it is very fit for quantity manufacture.
