超声波流量计中高精度时间测量技术研究

【摘要】 利用超声波时差法测量小口径管道的流体流速时,传播时间差很小,不易直接测量。采用模拟内插技术,可大大提高测量的准确度,减小测量误差。文章提出了一种基于双斜积分式原理的时间比例放大技术实现模拟内插来测量微小时间的新方法。基于此方法,设计了双斜积分式时间放大器,可对超声波的渡越时间差实现10~1000倍的放大,放大比例可通过控制器的反馈信号自动调节。实践表明,该时间放大器大大提高了超声波流量计的测时分辨率,具有误差小、线性度高、成本低廉、结构简单等优点。
【Abstract】 It is difficult to directly measure in short time interval when the ultrasonic flowmeter is used to measure the flowrate in small diameter pipelines Using analog interpolation technology can greatly improve the measurement accuracy and reduce measurement errors This paper presents a new measurement method of tiny time which uses time proportional amplification technology based on the principle of dual-ramp integration to achieve analog interpolation method Based on this method we designed time amplifier of dual-ramp integration which can enlarge the transit time of ultrasound by 10 to 1000 times and the scale can be regulated automatically through the feedback singal of controller The result confirmed that the time amplifier greatly enhanced the accuracy of ultrasonic flowmeter which has some advantages such as error small high linearity low-cost simple structure and so on.
