【摘要】 本文分析了企业售后服务记录中的现场故障数据的特点,提出根据现场故障数据及相关信息选取有效样本的方法,并利用该方法对某企业某类电磁流量计产品的寿命分布规律进行分析,通过分析结果初步确定该类型的电磁流量计产品的寿命分布类型属于双参数指数分布。这一结果可以为进一步进行可靠性寿命试验,可靠性增长实验等提供依据。更多还原
