纳米力学测量系统的校准与测试

【摘要】 纳米压痕技术广泛用于材料力学性能的评估与测试,利用压痕的加卸载曲线可分析得到材料的硬度和折合模量等力学参数。对大多数测量系统而言,校准过程对于提升测量不确定度,实现仪器的可重复测量是十分重要的。文章主要介绍了如何使用熔融石英去校准针尖的面积函数。然后使用在熔融石英上标定的面积函数去测量其他材料的力学特征,分析得出,统一的面积函数在小压痕深度也许会带来较大的误差。
【Abstract】 Nanoindentation has been widely used to evaluate and test material properties,we utilize the unloading curves of an indentation test to extract the hardness and reduced modulus of the material.As with most measured Systems,calibration is essential for limiting uncertainties and achieving repeatable measurements.The article emphasizes how to use fused quartz to calibrate the probe area function.In addition,measurements are taken at others different materials with the same area function calibrated on the fused quartz.Analysis results indicate that a universal area function may lead to a larger errors at small depth
