【摘要】 针对洗涤红细胞制备设备的需求及国内现状,开发了具有自主知识产权的洗涤红细胞制备装置。该装置采用灌注、淘洗和部分清空循环洗涤的模式进行浓缩红细胞的洗涤,整个洗涤过程均处于封闭的条件下,避免了交叉感染。临床试验表明:基于红细胞洗涤机平台制备洗涤红细胞,其红细胞回收率达到90%,白细胞和血浆去除率均达到99%以上。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aimed at the needs and domestic present conditions,a washed red cell preparation set with autonomous intellectual property rights was developed.The machine adopts perfusion,elutriation and partial empty to wash red cell.The whole washing process is carried on in a fully close environment to avoid intercross infections. According to the clinical tests of the machine,the red cell recovery rate reaches 90%,and the removal rates of leukocyte and plasma are both above 99%.更多还原
