【Abstract】 Considering the network system scale and safety reasons,several Foundation Fieldbus segments need to be connected together to be an interconnected network,the devices within different segments could communicate with each other.The device connecting different segments to an extend segment is bridge.This paper focuses on the mechanism by which the bridge links different segments toghter.And it also discusses the architecture of the Foundation Fieldbus Hl bridge.Furthermore,the key function of bridge forwarding and republishing are described in detail.更多还原
