多通道直流大电流比较仪的通道封闭问题的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了多通道直流大电流比较仪在长时间现场测量时出现的通道封闭问题,并针对此问题提出了在各个通道之间的铁心上开口设计气隙的方法,从而消除铁心剩磁,合理避免了通道封闭的发生,同时保证了测量精度。以四通道为例,引进此新型解决方案的多通道直流大电流比较仪用于工业测量时,其电流比率精度可达5×10-4以上。
【Abstract】 To solve the problem of channel-closing of multi-channel comparator for heavy direct current,a new method is proposed that an air gap is set between every two channels in the dc comparator.This method fairly prevents the channels of multi-channel comparator from closing,and guarantees high precision measurement.By calculation,the comparator of four channels,with the total length of air gaps to be 3.2mm and the length of each gap to be 0.8mm,has the current ratio accuracy higher than 5×10-4 when applied for industrial measurement.
