基于单片机的沥青软化点测试仪
Design of Bitumens Softening Point Based on a Single-chip Computer

【摘要】 针对实际应用中存在不能控制恒定的升温速率,不能精确测量下沉规定距离等缺陷,给工程设计、施工和监理带来了困难。提出了使用89S52单片机控制的微机控制升温速率的方法,软件采用PID控制算法,经试验表明,该方法硬件设计简单,可靠,调试方便。
【Abstract】 The present apparatus for measuring bitumen softening point has defects in controlling stable warming up speed,or the exact measurements of the given descending distance,which have caused much trouble in engineering design,constmetion supervision.Have brought forward the method using 89S52 to control the rise of temperature rate,adopt PID control algolithm,the experiment indicates that the mathod’s hardware design is simplicity and reliable.The debugging is convenient.
