【Abstract】 The measuring and evaluation of the geometrical precision of 4 cylinder of engine is the key tache for fitting cylinder and center pipe.The automatic system for the measurement of the geometrical precision of 4 cylinder of engine was successfully designed to measure the diameter,roundness,cylindricity and position of 4 cylinder of engine,and mark the results of measurement at the specific position.The PC system structure, principle,mathematical model for data processing and the part of software of the system were introduced in this paper.更多还原
