锥形光纤光栅腐蚀控制系统的设计

【摘要】 为了制作具有啁啾特性的锥形Bragg光纤光栅,利用精密电动位移台控制光纤在腐蚀液中的停滞时间,设计了光纤腐蚀速率的控制系统。以单片机AT89C52为核心设计了控制装置的下位机系统,采用Keil C与VC++编写控制程序,完成了精密电动位移台的位移控制及串行通信等功能,实现了对腐蚀系统以及腐蚀过程的控制。
【Abstract】 An etching control system for the fabrication of coned FBG with characteristics of chirped fiber Bragg grating was designed by controlling the interval of steps with a high precision displacement set.MCU AT89C52 was adopted as the core of under-machine system of the control device.Keil C and VC++ was used to program the moving of the high displacement set and the serial communication,which completed the functions of control the etching system and process.
