飞行器早期故障自愈方法及其应用

【摘要】 在对飞行器早期故障自愈机理进行分析的基础上,建立了飞行器早期故障自愈模型,提出了利用嵌入式技术和独立分布式模块结构对飞行器早期故障进行自愈的原理和方法。文中对飞行器早期故障自愈系统的基本结构、信号消噪和特征提取、故障识别与分类、故障自愈与评估等进行了分析与研究,并以飞机发动机转子不平衡为例进行了仿真实现,证明了所提方法的有效性。该方法为飞行器早期故障自愈系统的设计和实现及研制高性能、长寿命、少维修、低费用的现代飞行器,具有重要的工程应用与参考价值。

【Abstract】 In order to increase the safety of aircraft and reliability,we established a model of aircraft early fault self-recovery,and put forward a method of early fault self-recovery based on the embedded technology and the distributed module structure.They are based on analysis of the early fault self-recovery mechanisms of aircraft.In this paper,the basic structure of the early fault self-recovery system,signals de-noising and fault feature extraction,fault identification and its classification,fault self-recovery and estimation are analyzed.At the same time,a simulation test of the aero-engine rotor unbalance is done and its effectiveness is verified.It provides a new path to increase the safety of aircraft and reliability,and it has application value to develop the modern aircraft in high performance,long life,few maintenance and low cost.
