断路器双金属片热弹性位移有限元仿真
FEM Simulation for Thermo-elastic Distortion of Circuit Breaker Bimetal

【摘要】 断路器工作的可靠性取决于双金属片热弹性位移量的精确控制,为了避免在热双金属片位移计算中采用理论公式的计算误差,本文采用有限元MSC/NASTRAN软件建立了热双金属片热弹性位移有限元模型,并进行了仿真计算,获得了在各种工况下的热弹性位移特性,为设计出合理的双金属片形状和准确的设计参数提供了指导。
【Abstract】 Accuracy control bimetal thermo-elastic distortion decides operational reliability of the circuit breaker.In computation of bimetal thermo-elastic distortion,in order to avoid computation error that comes from adopting theoretic formula,MSC/NASTRAN was used to build FEM model of bimetal thermo-elastic distortion,and simulation result was achieved.By adopting this method,characteristics of thermo-elastic distortion in every work conditions were obtained.It provides instructions in designing rational shape of bimetal and accuracy design parameter.
