城市区非一致性条件下的设计洪水计算方法研究

【摘要】 随着我国城市化进程的加快,原有城市周边众多传统用地区转变为城市建设用地。城市建设改变了水文过程的物理背景,破坏了水文序列的一致性,给传统设计洪水计算方法带来挑战。为研究非一致性条件下的设计洪水计算方法,本次提出一种修正水文频率曲线参数—均值的方法,实现对水文频率曲线的修正,进而推求下垫面变化后的设计洪水,并以宝象河流域为实例进行验证。研究结果表明所推荐方法合理可信,研究成果可为城市化区域设计洪水推求提供技术支撑。
【Abstract】 Along with the Gradually accelerating process of urbanization in China, the traditional land use around urban area is converting into construction land.Urbanization destroys the hydrological data consistency, and brings challenge to traditional design flood computation. To overcome the difficult problem, the article promotes a modified method, which rectify hydrologic frequency curve through modifying the important parameter, for hydrologic frequency analysis. And then, Bao Xiang River Basin was taken as an example to verify the modified method. It shows that the promoted method is reasonable and can provide technical support for flood design in urbanization region.
