风电场相关性对节点电价影响的仿真研究

【摘要】 针对如何模拟不同风电场的相关性问题,本文提出一种基于Nataf逆变换技术实现建立不同风电场之间具有相关性的风速分布样本空间。在仿真过程中考虑风速的不确定性,将每个风电场出力视为一负的随机负荷,并考虑风电场采用不同的位置和装机容量,不同风电场的相关性用方差-协方差矩阵描述,建立最优潮流模型求解节点实时电价。最后将风电场接入IEEE-30节点系统应用蒙特卡罗仿真计算,定量研究随着风电场之间相关性的增强,节点实时电价的波动情况。
【Abstract】 Simulating the correlation among different wind farms has been a difficult problem. This paper presents a technology based on inverse Nataf transformation to generate wind speed correlated samples.Considering the uncertainty of wind speed,the actual production of each wind power plant is considered a negative random load and characterized by its historical time series data.A number of wind power plants located at different buses throughout the network are considered,and their spatial correlations are properly modeled through stationary variance-covariance matrices.Using optimal power flow calculates LMP locational marginal prices.Wind farms are included in IEEE-30 bus system.Monte Carlo simulation is adopted to quantitatively analyze how LMP volatilities change as a result of an increasing correlation among wind farms.
