微波化学法制备Ag-LaFeO3的甲醛气敏性能研究

【摘要】 为了改善LaFeO3材料的气敏性能,采用溶胶-凝胶法结合微波化学法制备了Ag-LaFeO3气敏粉体材料,并将其制成烧结型旁热式气敏元件。利用热分析(TG-DSC)以及X射线衍射(XRD)对粉体进行了分析和表征,结果显示:粉体为正交钙钛矿结构,有Ag和LaFeO3两种物相。气敏测试结果表明:组分含量比x=mol(AgNO3):mol(La(NO3)3)=1:9的Ag-LaFe3元件对1ppm甲醛气体的灵敏度和选择性均优于其它组分含量比的元件,另外,其响应恢复时间均约为180s。
【Abstract】 Sintering heater-type gas sensors of Ag-LaFeO3 nanopowders were fabricated by sol-gel couple with microwave chemical synthesis process to enhance the sensing properties of LaFeO3.The crystal structures were characterized by thermal analysis(TG-DSC) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed the structure of Ag-LaFeO3 powders which included Ag and LaFeO3 phases were perovskite.The Ag-LaFeO3(x=1:9) sensors showed better sensitivity and selectivity for 1ppm formaldehyde than other Ag-LaFeO3 sensors.In addition,the response and recovery time were both about 180s.
