七种新型几丁质抑制剂对小菜蛾的活性筛选

【摘要】 通过测定7种几丁质抑制剂对小菜蛾第2龄幼虫的毒杀活性和拒食活性,筛选出化合物D和化合物G2种化合物的毒杀活性最强,两种化合物对小菜蛾第2龄幼虫分别处理24 h、48 h、72h后的死亡率相应为57.5±12.6%、82.5.0±5.0%、85.0±5.8%和55.0±5.8%、72.5±9.6%,80.0±8.2%。拒食率以化合物D最好,其次是化合物C和化合物G,对小菜蛾幼虫的拒食率分别为92.2±1.4%,87.3±3.6%和84.9±1.9%。化合物B、化合物G与化合物D对小菜蛾幼虫处理后24 h的AFC50分别为178.07mg/L、249.28mg/L和326.17mg/L。
【Abstract】 Insecticidal and antifeeding activities of 7 kinds of chitin synthesis inhibitors were determined. The results show that the Insecticidal and Antifeeding activity of compound D and G against 2nd instars larvae of Plutella xylostella were better than the others,the following of mortality rate were 57.5±12.6%,82.5.0±5.0%,85.0±5.8%and 55.0±5.8%,72.5±9.6%,80.0±8.2%after 24h,48h,72h treatment respectively.The antifeeding rate of compounds D,C and G against 2nd instars larvae of Plutella xylostella were better than the others,the following of antifeeding rate were 92.2±1.4%,87.3±3.6%and 84.9±1.9%after 24h treatment respectively.The AFC50 of compounds B,G and D against 2nd instars larvae of P.xylostella were 178.07mg/L,249.28mg/L and 326.17mg/L after 24 h treatment respectively.
