番石榴实蝇成虫对低温的耐受研究

【摘要】 温度是有害实蝇及其它各种昆虫进行生命活动的基本条件之一,已有研究表明温度也是影响番石榴实蝇种群变动以及发生分布的重要制约因素。番石榴实蝇成虫因其在低温条件下具有明显的"滞育"现象而被认为是适应低温不良环境的重要生活史阶段。针对番石榴实蝇这一生物学特点,本文研究了其成虫经过不同低温环境(0℃、3℃、6℃、9℃)处理1h、3h、6h、12h、24h、48h、72h、96h以及120h后的成活率。结果表明在0℃条件下经过12h后番石榴实蝇成虫存活率低于40%,24h后成活率为0;在3℃环境条件下24h以后成活率在60%以上,48h后降至20%以下;6℃条件下48h后仍有超过50%番石榴实蝇成虫存活,96h后存活率为0;当环境条件为9℃时经过72h仍有80%成虫存活,120h以后存活率为0。这一研究对于了解番石榴实蝇生活史特点,掌握其对极端环境的耐受能力进而全面评估其入侵扩散潜力具有重要参考价值。

【Abstract】 Temperature play a vital role in development,survival and reproduction of tephritid species and other insects.Recent research demonstrates the temperature was the crucial factor influencing the population fluctuation and geographical distribution of Bactrocera correcta.The adult stage of A correcta was considered to be the most important life stage to overcome somewhat lower temperatures for the phenomenon of "diapause". According to this characteristic,we studied the survival rate of adult B.correcta when they were exposed to low temperature for different time spans.The results showed that this fly could not survive at 0℃over 24h.When exposed to 0℃for 12h the survival rate was lower than 40%.The survival rate was higher than 70%when the adults were exposed to 3℃for 24h.More than 50%of the adult B.correcta can survival 48h at the temperature of 6℃.This fly had a stronger tolerance at 9℃for 72h,with the adult survival rate being higher than 80%.The results will be useful for prediction of the fly’s occurrence and geographical distribution,which would help develop better management strategies for this important pest.
