三种榕小蜂性比研究

【摘要】 Hamilton(1967)驳斥了Fisher平衡性比率理论中的随机交配假说,提出了著名的局域配偶竞争理论。榕小蜂由于其独特的生活史特点,是研究局域配偶竞争理论的经典材料。本文研究了传粉榕小蜂Eupristina koningsbergeri,非传粉榕小蜂Philotrypesis sp.以及Acophila sp.自然情况下性比。结果发现只有E。koningsbergeri性比极度偏雌,而Philotrypesis sp.以及Acophila sp.两者性比都接近0.5。另外,后代数量只对E.koningsbergeri性比产生影响,而对另两种非传粉榕小蜂无显著影响。
【Abstract】 Hamilton(1967) put forward Local mate competition which contradicts to Fisher’s theory of equal sex ratio.For the unique life history,fig wasps are considered as one of most classical model t o study Local mate competition.In this study,sex ratios of pollinator Eupristina koningsbergeri,non-polli nating fig wasps Philotrypesis sp.and Acophila sp.were studied.Only the sex ratio of E.koningsbergeri was female bias,and sex ratios of both Philotrypesis sp.and Acophila sp.were near 0.5.Progeny numb ers only took effect on sex ratio of E.koningsbergeri,while sex ratios of Philotrypesis sp.or Acophila s p.were not significantly associated with progeny numbers.
