中国蚤类物种与属、科丰富度的关系
Relationship Between Species and Family or Genus in Number of Fleas(Siphonaptera)in China

【摘要】 为探讨我国昆虫物种与高级分类阶元丰富度之间的相互关系,本文引用2007年出版的《中国动物志·昆虫纲·蚤目(第二版)》中7个动物地理区计19个地理亚区蚤类区系分布总表的数据,应用相关分析和频次分布方法对我国蚤类昆虫物种与高级分类阶元(属、科)之间的数量关系和频次分布规律进行分析,此外,使用4种模型对数量关系和频次分布规律进行了模拟和比较。结果显示:①物种—属数量关系呈极显著相关(r>0.89;P<0.01)、物种—科数量关系呈显著相关(r>0.52;P<0.05),物种—属的相关关系强于物种—科的相关关系;②物种在属间、科间的频次随着种/属、种/科的增大而降低,呈非均匀分布;③使用对数、乘幂、指数和线性4种模型对物种、属、科之间的数量关系和频次分布规律进行了模拟,结果都以乘幂模型拟合效果最佳。上述结果说明,我国蚤类昆虫物种与高级分类阶元在数量上为正相关关系,它们在频次分布上也具有一定的规律性,在4种模型中以乘幂模型拟合效果最佳。
【Abstract】 It was reported that there were significant relationship between species and higher taxons(Family and Genus) in number of Siphonaptera.This article quoted "Fauna Sinica ? Insecta ?Siphonaptera(second edition) " in seven geographic areas of animal 19 geographical sub-area flea fauna in the total distribution of the data sheet published in 2007.and applied correlation analysis,frequency distribution analysis,and four models to study and compare the number relationship and frequency distribution between species and higher taxons.The results showed:①The number of species was very significantly correlated with the number of genus(r>0.89;P<0.01), and was significantly correlated with the number of family(r>0.52;P<0.05),and the correlation of genus-species was stronger than that of family-species;②The frequency of the species in the genus and family become low with the species/genus and species/family,showing non-uniform distribution;③Among four models examined (logarithmic,power,exponential,and linear models),the power model provided the best fit of the relationship between species and genus or family.These results indicate that the number of species and higher taxons of flea in China shows positive correlation and a certain degree of regularity in frequency distribution,and takes the power model fit best in the four kinds of models.
