昭通市苹果绵蚜及其天敌日光蜂种群动态

【摘要】 通过田间和室内蚜群计数、室内镜检等方法统计苹果绵蚜Eriosoma lanigerum(Hausmann)及其寄生性天敌日光蜂Aphelinus mali Haldeman种群数量,分析比较了它们的消长动态。调查发现,管理水平高的果园蚜群数远低于管理差的果园;果园间作牧草在一定程度上降低了苹果绵蚜的发生量;苹果绵蚜种群在昭通市一年发生两个高峰,其中7月中旬为第一高峰期,9中旬为第二高峰期。苹果绵蚜Ⅱ龄若虫在苹果绵蚜种群里所占比例最高,Ⅰ龄若虫所占比例较低。不同时期,苹果园内样点间的种群数量存在显著差异,而在苹果树体不同方位的种群数量在整个调查期均无显著差异。7月份之前,日光蜂滞后于苹果绵蚜的发生高峰,其控制作用不很明显,8月份以后日光蜂跟随现象较明显,与苹果绵蚜的第二个发生高峰前期基本吻合,可以很好地控制苹果绵蚜的危害。
【Abstract】 The population dynamics of woolly apple aphid,Eriosoma lanigerum(Hausmann) and its parasitoid,Aphelinus mali Haldeman,were studied through the methods of counting aphid patch of the wingless aphids,and binocular microscope examination of the parasitoids and the mummy aphids in Zhaotong City of Yunnan Province from April to October in 2008.The results showed that the number of of aphid group in orchards with high levels Management was much lower than that in orchard with poor management;Orchard intercropping forage can reduced the occurrence of aphid.Two peaks of the appeared in the orchard,one was in the middle ten-day of July,and the other was in the middle ten-day of September.II instar nymphs accounted for the major proportion of the population,while I instar nymphs accounted for a lower proportion.During the period of the growing season,the number of aphids was variable among different sampling sites,however,that didn’t happened among different branches on the same tree.The parasitoids,Aphelinus mali,can’t have effective suppression on the aphid population before July,but after August they synchronized basically with the beginning of the second peak of the aphids and could keep them in control.
