基于DPSO算法的黑启动负荷恢复方案研究

【摘要】 负荷恢复方案在电网黑启动恢复过程中至关重要,那么该如何科学、合理制定其方案?本文通过负荷恢复特性的研究,提出了一种基于DPSO算法的负荷恢复算法,采用该算法来制定出更加安全、快捷,更加科学、合理的负荷恢复方案。本文算法通过了经典电网模型和实际运行电网的检验,结果表明了其正确性。
【Abstract】 Load restoration program is essential during the grid black start process.Then,how to develop a scientific and reasonable program? Based on the studies of load recovery characteristics,this paper proposed a method based on DPSO algorithm,which can be used to develop a safer,faster,more scientific and reasonable load restoration program.Through the test of classic power system and actual power grid system,the validity of the proposed method was showed by the numerical results.
