【摘要】 目的了解湖南省尘肺死亡情况,探讨其死亡规律,为尘肺防治决策提供科学依据。方法将湖南省尘肺数据信息库中尘肺死亡病例有关死亡情况数据转换成excel电子表进行统计分析。结果湖南省1954年至2008年底报告尘肺56546例,其中死亡13081例,病死率23.13%;随尘肺期别的升高尘肺的病死率亦升高;矽肺、煤工尘肺及其余11种尘肺的病死率分别为29.19%、19.30%、15.89%;I期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期尘肺的平均死亡年龄分别是64.31±11.30岁、63.73±12.15岁、56.44±12.23岁;矽肺、煤工尘肺及其余11种尘肺的平均死亡年龄分别是52.85±15.84岁、62.97±11.53岁、68.61±10.10岁。结论通过对尘肺病死率和尘肺平均死亡年龄的分析,随着尘肺期别的升高其病死的危害性增大,在不同种类尘肺中,以矽肺的病死危害性最大,煤工尘肺次之,因此,应注意对高期别尘肺和矽肺的防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the death trends of pneumoconiosis in Hunan Province,study the law of death,and to provide the scientific evidence for making the strategy of pneumoconiosis prevention and treatment.Method All the dates and death cases of pneumoconiosis in Hunan Province were input the computer,and analyzed by Microsoft Excel.Results Totally,56,546 cases of pneumoconiosis were reported during 1954 to the end of 2008,including 13,081 cases of death,and the case fatality rates was 23.13%;the case fatality rates of pneumoconiosis increased with the stage raised;the case fatality rates of silicosis,coal worker’s pneumoconiosis and other 11 kinds of pneumoconiosis were 29.19%,19.30% and 15.89%,respectively;the average death ages of the stageⅠ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 64.31 ±11.30,63.73±12.15 and 56.44±12.23,respectively;and the average death ages of silicosis,coal worker’s pneumoconiosis and other 11 kinds of pneumoconiosis were 52.85±15.84,62.97±11.53 and 68.61±10.10,respectively.Conclusions From the analysis of case fatality rate and average death ages of pneumoconiosis,the case fatality rates of pneumoconiosis increased with the stage raised.The highest case fatality rate is silicosis and second is coal worker’s pneumoconiosis in all kinds of pneumoconiosis.Therefore,we should pay more attention to prevention and treatment of higher stage pneumoconiosis and silicosis.更多还原
