60Co辐射灭菌饲料对大鼠两代繁殖的影响

【摘要】 目的观察了饲喂15kGy辐照灭菌和高压蒸汽灭菌饲料对实验大鼠两代繁殖性能的影响。方法 GB15670-1995.农药登记毒理学试验方法。结果高压蒸汽灭菌组亲代动物自试验开始后第4周(8周龄)至第9周(13周龄)大鼠体重增长与对照组和辐照灭菌组比较明显下降;子一代动物断乳后大鼠体重增长与对照组和辐照灭菌组比较明显下降;子一代在生后第4d、7d、14d、21d的仔鼠窝重、体重、身长和尾长均明显低于对照组;子二代在出生时及生后第4d、7d、14d、21d的仔鼠窝重、体重、身长和尾长均明显低于对照组。而辐照灭菌组饲料对亲代和子代实验大鼠的一般状况、体重增长情况、大体解剖检查、幼仔的身长、尾长、仔鼠窝重等指标以及对亲代和子代大鼠的交配成功率、受孕率、活产率、出生存活率及哺育成活率等繁殖指数指标均无影响。
【Abstract】 Objective Between the fourth week and the ninth week since the begining of the study. Methods Toxicological test methods of Pesticides for registration, GB 15670-1995. Results Compared the gain weight of parental generation rats with the gain weight of the filial generation rats after ablactation, we found that autoclave group is lower than control group and irradiated group. at 4d,7d,14d and 21d afier born, the first filial generation rats of autoclave group is lower than control group on newborn rats litter weight, body weight, body length and tail length.During the time of born and 4d,7d,14d and 21d afier birth, the second filial generation rats of autoclave group are lower than control group on newborn rats litter weight,body weight,body length and tail length; while the irradiated fodder make no difference with parental generation and filial generation rats on general run of things, gain weight instance, gross vivisectional inspection, body length, tail length and litter weight of newborn rats, and the irradiated fodder have no effect on reproductive performance index, such as conception rate, still birth rate, survival rate, suckle livability and the mission success rateof mating between parental generation and filial generation rats.
