某镍镉电池生产企业职业危害及关键控制点分析

【摘要】 [目的]对某镍镉电池企业职业病危害因素的识别与分析,确定职业病危害的关键控制点。[方法]通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法确定作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平评价。[结果]检测结果表明该生产线中镉及其化合物和噪声外超标,其余职业病危害因素检测结果符合国家相应职业卫生标准。[结论]该企业存在的职业病危害关键控制点是极片制造单元的镉及其化合物、镍及其化合物和噪声的防治,加强对上述岗位作业人员的职业卫生管理。
【Abstract】 [Objective] To identify and analyze occupational hazards in Nickel-cadmium battery production enterprise,and confirm critical control points. [Methods] Through hygienic investigation,monitoring of occupational hazards and occupational health examination,the occupational hazard degree of operators was confirmed and evaluated. [Result] Except for noise 、cadmium and its cmpounds,other occupational hazards factors have met the national occupational health standars. [Conclusion] The Critical control Point is the battery pole procreation unit. Protective facilities and measures should be taken to decrease occuptional hazards,especially the cadmium and its cmpounds、nickel and its cmpounds、noise.
