【摘要】 目的:了解宁波市中小学生吸烟现状,为制定针对性的干预措施提供数据支持和科学依据。方法:采用多阶段随机抽样的方式,对宁波市六区按照城市、城郊和农村分层抽取小学11所和初中8所中小学生9009名进行自填式问卷调查。结果:13.9%的中小学生尝试过吸烟,4.5%的学生抽完过一整支烟。在尝试过吸烟的学生中,41.2%的学生在7岁及之前就尝试过,31.3%的为8-9岁,中小学生烟草危害的知识总知晓率66.9%,62.7%的学生在近一周中在学校和家里至少有一天处于被动吸烟状态,其中"家中"是其被动吸烟的最主要场所。结论:应该把控烟的健康教育纳入到学龄前儿童教育中,重点人群在小学生,加强师生、家长被动吸烟的危害知识教育,预防学生尝试吸第一口烟。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To learn the smoking status of the students in primary and secondary schools of Ningbo, and to provide scientific bases for the effective tobacco control measures.Methods With the questionnaire,9009 students from 11 primary schools and 8 secondary schools were selected by stratified cluster sampling.Results 13.9%students had ever smoked.4.5%students had ever smoked one whole cigarette,41.2%of them had ever smoked before 7 years old.62.7%students had exposed passive smoking at least one day in the recent week at school or home.Conclusion Primary school students should be the focus of tobacco control.The education of dangers of secondhand smoke should be strengthened at students,teachers and parents.更多还原
