【摘要】 虚拟血管介入手术仿真是虚拟现实技术在医学领域的重要应用。本文针对虚拟血管介入手术,探讨了一种应用于血管介入手术训练的模拟系统。该系统包括下位机硬件系统和上位机软件系统两大部分。软件系统主要包括:三维血管模型重建、手术器械几何建模、碰撞检测以及消除过程;硬件系统主要包括:器械位移采集模块、力反馈装置和系统测试软件。该系统能够实时模拟真实环境,给操作者提供一种手术的真实感和沉浸感,具有较好的人机交互效果,在一定程度上促进手术医师技能的提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Virtual vascular interventional surgery simulation is an important application of virtual reality technology in medicine.In this paper,we propose a real-time virtual interventional simulation system which includes two parts:one is software system part and the other is hardware system part.The software system mainly includes:reconstruction of vascular model,geometric modeling of devices,collision detection and collision elimination.The hardware system includes:signal acquisition module,force feedback device and system test software.The system can provide a real-time simulation of the environment and gives the operator real and immdrsed feelings.So it has a good human-computer interaction effect and it could promote doctors’ skills to some degree.更多还原
