【Abstract】 Aims to evaluating of obtaining intelligence ability in modern sea battle,the relationship between intelligence obtaining and campaign strategy is discussed,the avenue and quality needs of obtaining intelligence is expounded,the index system to evaluate the ability of obtaining intelligence is established,and then the evaluation system is designed.
