【摘要】 城市规模在不断地扩大,城市规划部门对日益更新和迅速增加的地产信息的管理与维护愈感困难,而现有的系统对空间数据与属性数据没有很好集成,更不利于图文信息的相互查询、检索和更新等。针对现实问题,应用ArcInfo GIS技术和UML建模技术,成功地实现了地产等级评估系统设计开发,并且还得到了工业用地、商业用地、居民住宅用地和综合用地价格评估的3D分布图。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the expension of the size of the city,it’s more difficult to manage and maintain the growing update and rapidly increasing property information for town planning department.Moreover,the existing system of spatial data and attribute data is not well integrated,so it’s not conducive to mutual query,retrieve and update.For practical problems,using ArcInfo GIS technology and UML modeling technology can design and develop the property rating system successfully.And also the 3D maps of the industrial land,commercial space,residential space and an integrated land prices assessment can be obtained.更多还原
