基于eM-Plant软件的图书配送中心作业模块规划仿真

【摘要】 仿真应用于配送中心作业模块的规划中,有助于规划者确定设备选型、人员安排、工作组织模式、设备数量等环节。本文用eM-Plant软件对图书配送中心"一体化"模块规划方案进行了较为详尽的仿真模拟,确定了该模块所需操作台的个数,验证了规划仿真的合理性,为配送中心规划者和决策者提供了有力的决策支持。论文详细论述了规划方案系统分析及基于eM-Plant的仿真建模、运行、验证过程,可为图书配送中心规划方案仿真及逼真度较高的仿真提供参考。
【Abstract】 Application of simulation in the design project of book distribution center can facilitate the designer in equipment selection, personnel arrangement,work organization and so on.In this paper,a simulation model with high fidelity for one operational module of the design project of a book distribution center is built.The number of operation units in the module is optimized,and the design plan is certified to be reasonable.A specific analysis of the simulation object is given,and the process of building,running and verifying the model based on eM-Plant is presented.It lends strong support to the designer and decision-maker,and can be a reference for a simulation with high-level fidelity for book distribution center design project.
