锅炉汽包水位多模型动态矩阵预测控制的仿真研究

【摘要】 本文将动态矩阵控制算法应用于锅炉汽包水位控制系统,以发挥动态矩阵控制的优越性。同时针对锅炉汽包水位的滞后时间随补给水温度和汽包压力等因素时变的特点,提出一种多模型加权控制增量动态矩阵预测控制方案,仿真结果表明,该方案提高了控制系统的鲁棒性,并降低了对补给水温度和汽包压力的要求。
【Abstract】 In order to give play to its superiority,dynamic matrix control arithmetic is applied to boiling water level control system in this paper.Simultaneously in view of the feathers that delay time of boiling water level responding to feed water is varying with many factors such as the temperature of feed water and the pressure of boiling vapor,a multi-model weighted control increment dynamic matrix predictive control project is proposed.Simulation results show that this project enhance robustness of the control system and reduce the demands of temperature of feed water and the pressure of boiling vapor.
