【Abstract】 In this paper,the functions of digital processing and vehicle board recognition have been suggested to the current auto monitor system of colliding red-light,which include CCD capture function and the memory of digital image function,etc.The add function modules are realized in windows.The result of analog experimentation shows that these function modules can recognize the number of vehicle board correctly in some conditions.更多还原
