极端气候采用酵床养殖对育肥猪生产性能的影响

【摘要】 本试验主要研究发酵床养殖在极端气候条件下对育肥猪生产性能的影响。试验分两次进行,分别在夏季的7-8月和冬季的12-1月,设水泥地面对照组。夏季试验发酵床养猪的试验群体为105头,分9圈饲养,密度为1.7㎡/头;冬季试验发酵床养殖观察的群体数量为112头,分9圈,密度为1.7㎡/头。水泥地面对照观察3圈,群体为42头,密度1.5㎡/头。水泥地面猪舍无后窗,发酵床猪舍后墙开窗90×100㎝后窗,窗距离地面1.0m,夏季采用自然通风,冬季水泥地面采用热风管道供暖,发酵床无采暖设施。饲养观察期为夏季30天,冬季60天。结果:夏季发酵床比水泥地面日增重低6.7%,料重比增加4.4%;冬季发酵床比水泥地面日增重提高16.7%,料重比降低5.5%。结论:在凉爽和寒冷的季节采用发酵床养猪效果显著,表现出较好生产性能。夏季发酵床的高温环境对育肥猪的生长性能有明显的不利影响,而且体重越大,影响越大。采用发酵床养殖模式,需要通过圈舍设计和通风设施的改进来扬长避短。

【Abstract】 Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of deep-litter system on fattening pigs‘ productivity in extreme climate,one was in July and August,summer of Beijing,another was in December and January,winter of Beijing.The cement ground colony house was as control.105 pigs was raised on deep-litter system in summer test,12-13 pigs/sty,density of 1.7 ㎡/pig.112 pigs was raised on deep-litter system in winter test,12-13 pigs/sty,density of 1.7 ㎡/pig.3 sties was observed in cement ground colony house,14 pigs/sty,density of 1.5 ㎡/pig.There is no window in north wall in cement ground colony house,and there is one window of 90×100 ㎝ per sty in north wall in deep-litter system.Natural ventilation in summer,warm-air heating system was used in the cement ground colony house while the deep-litter system without any heating facilities in winter.The animals were raised for 30 days in summer,60 days in winter.Results: The deep-litter system had about 6.7% lower daily gain and about 4.4% higher F/G ratio than the cement ground colony house in summer,had about 16.7% higher daily gain and about 5.5% lower F/G ratio than the cement ground colony house in winter.Conclusion: Pigs on the deep-litter system showed better performance in the cold season,but the high-temperature environment of deep-litter system in summer,had significantly adverse effects on fattening pig’s growth performance.The bigger the pig‘s weight is the worse effect.There is a need of sty design and ventilation improvement to improve the effect of deep-litter system.
