简易小型化静态猪粪堆肥工艺试验研究

【摘要】 为了探索工艺简单、投资节省,便于在中小型猪场应用和推广的堆肥技术,本试验设计了小型静态被动通风和强制通风两种堆体,研究了相关指标的变化和影响堆肥发酵的因素。试验证明两种小型化简易堆肥工艺均能够达到猪场固体废物的资源化利用要求,从保氮、节能的需要出发,薄膜覆盖(顶上开孔)的被动通风工艺比较适宜于在猪场推广应用。另外,有机碳、全氮、碳氮比中任何一个指标都可以反映出堆肥进程的大致状态,而以二氧化碳释放浓度骤然下降作为堆肥第一次发酵结束的标志,具有快速、简便、明确的优点。

【Abstract】 In order to develop a simple and facilitation technics of swine manure composting to use and spreading in less size pig farm,two kinds of mini composting were designed.The static passive aeration and forced aeration technics were adopted in composting of this experiment respectively,and then a lot of factors and indexes affecting composting process were measured and analyzed.The results showed that two facilitation mini composting technics were both success in achieving the purpose of translating swine solide waste to resource,however,the passive aeration technic,which composting pile was covered with plastic film,was more suitable to adopt and spread on pig farms because it had the merit of less nitrogen loss and energy consumption.Additionaly,though the content of organic carbon,KN and ratio of carbon to nitrogen could all reflect the state of composting process,it was more quick,simple and clear to chose the time,when the concentration of CO2 suddenly declined,as the signal of the first fermentation ending.
