韩国型鸭肝炎病毒福建株的分离与鉴定

【摘要】 从福建省某养鸭场罹患鸭肝炎的病死鸭中分离到一株大小35~45 nm、十二面体对称的无囊膜病毒(暂命名为FJ01株),其鸭胚半数致死量(ELD50)为10–2.69/0.2 mL,该病毒可被特异性韩国型鸭肝炎病毒免疫血清所中和,可被韩国型鸭肝炎病毒特异引物所扩增,而不能被1型鸭肝炎病毒引物所扩增。遗传进化分析表明鸭肝炎病毒FJ01株与韩国型鸭肝炎病毒关系密切,它们在进化树中共处一群。
【Abstract】 Abract: A virus strain, designated as FJ01, was isolated from a dead duckling characterized as duck hepatitis in Fujian province. Virus particles were nonenveloped, icosahedral symmetry, with the diameter of 35-45 nm. The ELD50 of DHV FJ01 was 10 – 2.69/0. 2 mL when infected 10-day-old duck embryos, but its virulence could be neutralized by serum against South Korea-type of duck hepatitis virus. Specific primers to South Korea-type duck hepatitis viruses could amplified DHV FJ01 by RT-PCR, however that to duck hepatitis virus type 1 do the opposite. Phylogenetic analysis showed that DHV FJ01 was close to South Korea-like new serotype of duck hepatitis viruses, and all of them could be subdivided into a isolate cluster.
