VIPR-1基因HpaⅡ位点与德化黑鸡产蛋性状的相关性分析

【摘要】 以德化黑鸡为试验材料,利用PCR-RFLP技术,对鸡血管活性肠肽I型受体(VIPR-1)基因的外显子2 HpaⅡ位点多态性进行了检测并与德化黑鸡的部分产蛋性状的相关性开展研究。结果表明,该扩增产物用HpaⅡ酶切检测出AA,AG和GG3种基因型。经χ2检验,德化黑鸡在HpaⅡ位点处于Hardy-weinberg平衡状态(P>0.05)。分析基因型与产蛋性状的相关性时发现,GG基因型的300日龄蛋重显著的高于AA基因型(P<0.05);AG基因型的300日龄产蛋量显著的高于AA基因型(P<0.05);且3中基因型在240日龄产蛋数、300日龄产蛋数呈现GG>AG>AA基因型的趋势。
【Abstract】 In this study, the HpaⅡpolymorphism at exon 2 of VIPR-1 gene was detected by PCR-RFLP and correlation between genotypes and egg performance was analyzed in Dehua black chicken. The result showed there were three genotypes(AA、AG and GG) were detected in the PCR product cut by HpaⅡrestriction enzyme. By chi square test, it showed that Dehua black chicken had been in Hardy-weinberg equilibrium at HpaⅡlocus(P>0.05). The correlation between genotypes and egg performance was analyzed, the results showed GG genotype had significant difference with AA genotype in egg weight at 300 days and AG genotype had significant difference with AA genotype in laying production at 300 days; In addition, there was a trend GG>AG>AA in number of eggs at 240 days and 300 days.
