【摘要】 探讨"芪灵"制剂对热应激小鼠免疫器官指数和脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响。取60只昆明小鼠,随机分为5组,Ⅰ组为常温对照组;Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组为低、中、高剂量"芪灵"制剂热应激组;V组为热应激模型组。采用MTT法检测脾淋巴细胞的增殖反应情况。结果表明:"芪灵"制剂能够显著提高热应激小鼠免疫器官指数,提高热应激小鼠的脾脏淋巴细胞增殖能力(P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of QiLing medicament on immunological organs index and splenic lymphocyte proliferation in mice after heat stress.60 KM mouse/were randomly divided into 5 groups,GroupⅠwas the NT group, groupⅡ,ⅢandⅣwere low,middle and high QiLing medicament heat stress group,groupⅤwas heat stress model group.Condition of lymphocytes was measured by using MTT colorimetric assay.The results were as follows:QiLing medicament could significantly stimulate immunological organ index and splenic lymphocyte proliferation in mice after heat stress(P<0.05).更多还原
