西安市蔬菜基地土壤和蕃茄中主要POPs残留状况研究

【摘要】 目的研究西安市蔬菜基地土壤和蕃茄中的主要POPs物质残留现状以及二者的相关性。方法在西安市蔬菜基地均匀布点,采集各点土壤及蕃茄样品,利用固相萃取技术、GC-μECD方法测定样品中的有机氯农药类POPs含量。结果供试样品中各POPs均有检出,土壤中POPs总量平均值为293.7 ng/g,主要污染物是DDTs、异狄氏剂、狄氏剂和艾氏剂,DDTs残留量最大,残留水平在19.4~391.4ng/g,平均值为110.6ng/g,其它几种POPs值都很低;蕃茄中POPs总量平均值为211.3ng/g,主要污染物是狄氏剂和艾氏剂、DDTs和氯丹,狄氏剂和艾氏剂残留量最多,残留水平在8.0~722.5ng/g,平均值为103.8ng/g,其它几种POPs值都明显小于土壤残留;大部分POPs在土壤和蕃茄中的残留量呈正相关关系。结论各种POPs对西安市蔬菜基地土壤和蕃茄均有不同程度的污染,土壤污染情况和国内其它地区相比残留水平中等,部分土壤样品DDTs残留超标,部分蕃茄样品中狄氏剂和艾氏剂、DDTs、氯丹残留量超过了欧盟标准,大部分POPs在土壤和蕃茄中的残留量呈正相关关系。

【Abstract】 Aim To study the residues and correlation of organochloride pesticides POPs in the soils and tamatos of Xi’an.Methods The soil and tamato samples were well-distributiedly collected in Xi’an vegetable base.SPE and GC-μECD was used to analyze the POPs in samples.Results POPs were detected widely in the soil and tamato samples.The average of total amount of POPs in soil was 293.7μg/kg.DDTs,Endrin,Dieldrin and Aldrin were the primary contaminations.The first contamination was DDTs with a range of 19.4~391.4ng/g and the average of 110.6ng/g.The contents of the else POPs were very low.The average of total amount of POPs in tamato was 211.3μg/kg. Dieldrin and Aldrin,DDTs and Chlordane were the primary contaminations.The first contamination was Dieldrin and Aldrin with a range of 8.0~722.5ng/g ng/g and the average of 103.8ng/g.The contents of the else POPs were obviously lower than its in soils.The relationship of the most POPs’s residues in soil and tamato were positive correlation.Conclusion The soil and tamato were all polluted by POPs in different degree.Compared with the other internal region.the residual level of soil was medium.DDTs in soil were more than the quantification limit.Residues of Dieldrin and Aldrin, DDTs and Chlordane in tamato exceeded thae standard of EEC.The relationship of the most POPs’s residues in soil and tamato were positive correlation.
