社会转型过程中体制内女性办事人员的职业变动
On the Occupation Change of Inner-system Female Office Clerks in the Process of Social Transformation

【摘要】 在当代中国社会转型的过程中,体制内女性办事人员的职业变动呈现出了职业代际继承性减弱、人力资本积累在职业变动中的作用增强、较高的职业代内不变动率等特征。我们可以从单位制度、社会隔离、性别歧视、资源有限性等不同的角度深入分析体制内女性办事人员职业变动率低的原因,进而从打破社会区隔、深化人事改革、消除性别歧视等方面入手,推动体制内女性办事人员能在更为公正的环境中进行合理的职业变动。
【Abstract】 In the process in Chinese social transformation,there are several features in the occupation change of inner-system female office clerks,such as weaker intergeneration inheritance in the occupation,the increasing importance of human resource accumulation and high stability in their occupation.The reasons of low occupation rate of inner-system female office clerks can be found from the following aspects such as the working unit system,the social isolation,sexism and the limitedness of resource.Thus the social isolation for the inner-system female office clerks should be broken;the personal reform should be driven forward;the discrimination should be eliminated,to give them a fairer environment of reasonable occupation changing.
