基于研究生导师胜任力结构的培训方式设计

【摘要】 胜任力模型是人力资源管理领域研究的热点,它推动了招聘、选拔、培训、绩效管理和薪酬管理等各项工作,形成对组织发展具有战略意义的强大的人力资源系统。本文将基于胜任力的人力资源管理思想用于高校领域,结合高校研究生导师培训在内容及方式的现状及问题,通过对研究生导师作为高层次知识分子的特点分析,建立研究生导师胜任力模型设计培训的内容及相应的培训方式,具有其重要的理论和实践意义。
【Abstract】 Competency model becomes hot in the field of human resources management.It promotes the recruitment, selection, training, performance management ,salary management and other work which has formed strong human resources systems being strategicly important to the organizational development. This competency-based human resource management is tried to be used in the field of college gradute tutors .Combined with present situation and problems on graduate tutor’s training especially in the contents and manners and analysising the tutor as the characteristics of high-level intellectual, it has important theoretical and practical significance that we try to design tutor training content and corresponding training method based on gradute tutor competency model.
