【摘要】 本研究以无激素自主性的鹰嘴紫云英甲硫氨酸抗性系原生质体和经IOA处理的骆驼刺A4转化系原生质体为双亲,采用电融合法得到了属间体细胞杂种融合细胞。通过对直流脉冲、交流脉冲和脉冲次数等的研究摸索了骆驼刺和鹰嘴紫云英电融合的条件,通过形态学、细胞学和生化及RAPD分析,初步确定10个杂种克隆,并再生小植株。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study obtained somatic hybrids between Agrobacteum rhizogene A4-transformed Alhagi pseudal hagi, disposed by IOA, and the methionine variant of Astragalus cicer L , unable to grow without homone, by electrofusion. Electrofusion condition were feeled around of direct current impulse, AC impulse and impulse number. 10 hybrid clones were Initiatively identified by morphologic, biology, biochemistry and RAPD analysis, and regenerated plantlets.更多还原
