HD-Zip转录因子研究进展
Progress Research on HD-Zip transcription factor
【摘要】 同源异型域-亮氨酸拉链蛋白(HD-Zip),是高等植物所特有的一种转录因子,根据氨基酸同源序列的不同分为四大类。虽然各个HD-Zip转录因子基因具有序列相似性,但是他们在植物生长发育过程中发挥的作用是多种多样的。本文以拟南芥HD-Zip转录因子研究现状为主线,辅以其他植物中HD-Zip转录因子基因的研究,对HD-Zip转录因子的种类、生物学功能、影响基因表达的因素及它们的表达规律四个方面进行了综述。
【Abstract】 Homeodomain-leucine zipper (HD-Zip) proteins are transcription factors unique to plants. Based on sequence analyses these proteins have been classified into four distinct groups: HD-Zip I-IV. Despite sequence similarities HD-Zip proteins participate in a variety of processes during plant growth and development. In this paper, the situation of research about HD-Zip proteins in Arabidopsis thaliana was focused and supplemented with other plants, four parts of main studying points were summerized, which include the kind of HD-Zip transcription factor, biological functions and the pattern of gene expression.
